Amateur's Guide to Intermittent Fasting 


For all the amateurs out there who have no idea what intermittent fasting is, to answer your question no it is not a religious thing. Intermittent Fasting is a simple diet that would help you lose weight in a very simple manner. All you have to do is assign an eating window for your self (for beginners try a 4 hour window first) and just stick to it, only eat during your window and always drink water through out the day. The hunger strike will be hard at first but remember you will not die, the hunger is temporary because your stomach is not used to not getting food at that time and after a while the hunger dissipates and you are left with a thinner body

Dont't worry you won't die of hunger if you fast.

As well as getting thinner fasting would also help you because after a week of fasting if you try to eat the normal things you used to eat you would find your self getting full much faster than before because if your stomach shrinking in size. Biggest reason why Intermittent Fasting is the best diet in my opinion is for me especially because I am not a fan of vegetables. Vegetables are very healthy for you and all but I hate having to eat vegetables just to be able to lose weight, but with IF (Intermittent Fasting) you can literally eat anything you want as long as it is something of normal proportion for example you can still eat a burger if you want as long as it's during your eating window.

I have personally used this method myself dieting and found myself losing a bit of weight from the leftover Christmas holiday break. Here is a table of an example of a good IF schedule that you could follow.
