Amateur's Guide to Intermittent Fasting
For all the amateurs out there who have no idea what intermittent fasting is, to answer your question no it is not a religious thing. Intermittent Fasting is a simple diet that would help you lose weight in a very simple manner. All you have to do is assign an eating window for your self (for beginners try a 4 hour window first) and just stick to it, only eat during your window and always drink water through out the day. The hunger strike will be hard at first but remember you will not die, the hunger is temporary because your stomach is not used to not getting food at that time and after a while the hunger dissipates and you are left with a thinner body

As well as getting thinner fasting would also help you because after a week of fasting if you try to eat the normal things you used to eat you would find your self getting full much faster than before because if your stomach shrinking in size.
